This is great collection and sharing. To me your best key note speech was the Swiss Service Excellence Key note speech with all those wonderful swiss CEO’s. I thought the way you presented it knowing they are a high level audience was just incredible. The examples used, jokes, humor, pair exercises and discussions were just the right thing to do to get going and it kept the audience alive and I did not see in the full key note speech any one playing with their phone unlike other events they would attend. Well Done Ron.
